- WEDNESDAY Whole Body Flow
Whole Body Flow an all levels class that is Asana inspired. The dynamic style of this class is where movement is synchronized with breath, creating a flowing sequence of poses. This class is known for creative, mindful, and embodied practice, emphasizing the connection between breath and movement. This classes can vary in intensity and focus, but generally involve a combination of sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, twists, and backbends all linked together by the breath.

This class is an Ashtanga Yoga inspired class. We will follow a set sequence of poses (asanas) that aline with the Ashtanga Primary Series. Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic and physically challenging style of yoga characterized by a set sequence of postures linked with breath, known as vinyasa. It emphasizes synchronization of breath and movement, specific gaze points (drishti), and internal energy locks (bandhas). Classes typically follow a structured sequence, building strength, flexibility, and focus.
- Wednesday Chair
Chair Supported Movement is a gentle form of movement where poses are modified to be practiced while seated in a chair or standing and using a chair for support. This makes the class more accessible for individuals with mobility limitations, injuries, or those who simply prefer a gentler practice. It combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. This class is designed to increased flexibility, strength, and balance, while promoting relaxation and mental clarity. This class is for any level of practitioner. All the Asanas (poses) that we do will be with a chair as a support. During this class there will also be opportunities to move the body on the ground. If being on the floor is not what your body wants, the chair is the place you will stay.
