I specialize in functional fitness- thoughtful programming and sequencing to make you feel stronger accomplishing everyday tasks. When we move better, we feel better- when we feel better, we have a better quality of life!

Pre-Natal and Post-Partum Specialist

I am a certified pre/post-natal yoga instructor as well as a pre/post natal corrective exercise specialist. There's no such thing as pregnancy setting you back- it only makes you stronger! I specialize in core strength and recovery.

Mobility and Myofascial Release

Being "stiff" or "immobile" is one of the leading causes of injury. I focus on joint mobility, flexibility, and myofascial release so that you can exercise to your fullest potential.
